堺市役所展望ロビー an observation deck in the Sakai city hall

There is an observation deck in 21st floor. The scenery is all angle.

I recommend you to see ancient tombs (called kofun in japan) by day and night view.

The ancient tombs,  the emperor Nintoku for example, are too big to see at close range. So I recommend you to see kofun from above. 

堺市役所の21階に展望ロビーがあります。360°展望できます。

昼間は、百舌鳥古墳群を見るのにお勧めです。仁徳天皇陵などは、近づくと大き過ぎて良く分からないので上から眺めるのがいいです。通天閣まで見えます。

夜間も解放されているので、夜景もお勧めです。

"Sakai-higashi" station is barrier free.
There is an elevator (a lift) at the entrance of east.
堺東駅はバリアフリーです。
西出口にエレベーターがあります。

You can find the city hall as soon as you go out.
And there is a traffic signal before you arrive at the city hall.
Take care of your wheels.
駅をでると、すぐに市役所がみえます。
信号を渡る必要がありますので、ご注意ください。

In the city hall the floor is barrier free. 

市役所内はバリアフリーです。
